We worked with Bill back in September 2022, and would love to recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
My husband and I were looking at a home hours away from where we were living and traveling to and from our home and the property we were looking to buy was a big ordeal. Bill was so nice and flexible and understood our time crunch and travel situation, and worked with us to get the inspection done in time and when we could come to be present. Our inspection was so thorough and walking through the home and inspection results with Bill was a great comfort, he is knowledgable, experienced and was patient with us despite our first time home buyers anxieties. Bills inspection, thoroughness and photos/explanations helped us to make our decision.
Unrelated to his professional qualifications and high standards, Bill is just such a nice man and we are so thankful for the role he's played in our home purchasing journey!

Bill Rupert did our home inspection on a house we ultimately didn’t buy due to his inspection. The house was misrepresented and Bill spent all day finding all the problems. He spent over an hour with us at the end of the day to make sure we knew what the risks were. He could have done another inspection that day but he just did a great job at the one he did. We can’t thank him enough. He is the best.

Integrity Inspections (Bill) provided great customer service, responsiveness to questions, and brings considerable experience to back up his service. The report was thorough yet easy to read/use, which made communicating concerns with the sellers very easy. I can reccomend Integrity for home inspection work, very satisfied.

Bill answered all my questions in a reasonable time, he was very professional and detailed with his inspections. Bill made the home search process easier as we all know it can get a bit tricky with FHA Bill went above and beyond to look for things that wouldnt be approved and shared them with me ahead if time. I would recommend Bill to anyone looking for an inspection for buying, selling or any other need
